Where am I at? 28
Unholy Trinity. Started at 30, but after only 5 manmakers and 4 thrusters had to scale back to 15. 1 hour, 2 minutes, and 31 seconds.
"Emotions are dumb and should be hated."
48 pushups.
47:40 unholy trinity w/ 20s.
Where'd that quote come from Sanjay? That's hilarious.

I loathe manmakers.
Ok really?! As Im eating a Lenny's Brownie and shaking and sweating profusely, I wonder why the Gods (or Satan) put Steve and Justin on this planet?
Yes one is an incredible singer, the other an impressive actor but both were meant for even more greatness... and this is it.
I mean really? luckily I didn't injest anything before this workout so i wasn't able to puke up anything but I assure you I wouldve... in fact this brownie is trying to come back out as I write... yum.
Anyways, here is how I faired:
Where you at: 43
The Unholy Trinity:
48:45 25lbs
20 thrusters a pop is ludicrous but the man makers are the worst conceived movement ever... I hate these with a passion. I was actuallu looking forward to burpees after everything else.
Justin watched and smirked his smirky smirk after I was done and I think he is still smirking as I finish writing this...
Cheers everyone who completed this and I WILL NOT MISS next weeks!
35 push-ups
Unholy Trinity - under 50 minutes
/ with 20s.
I did this on Tuesday, and I have to admit I kind of liked it. I want to revisit this with 25s, maybe Friday. I think I under-sold myself with the 20s.
