Ladder 550 - 41:02
I did 25 modified HSPU's and almost all the weight goals for the rest. 45 lb. plate for the OH Squat, 25 lb. plate for deck squat, 45 lb. for the BO row, 44 lb. KB swing, bar for hanging power snatch.

modified pushups and weight goal was reached throughout. Im tired today, so very tired...

Eric is a beast, Bobby is sweaty and the new cross fit crew rocked! great times last night.

So very tired...

unfortunately I won't be in next week cause Ill be on a boat heading up the coast through New England and up to Canada...

Ill miss you and Ill be fatter than I already am next time you see me.

Fun one. Didn't have the fire I wanted for this. I feel I couldve gone faster had my head been in the game or closer to bobby and jt. Next time fellas.

Erin did all rx'd weights and used 45# for all the snatches. Go erin!
