then
COMBO SPRINT
5Clean n jerk from floor+
5Burpee/pullup combo+
4Clean n jerk from floor+
4Burpee/pullup combo+
3Clean n jerk from floor+
3Burpee/pullup combo
then
“this’ll suck”
1-10 wallball
1-10Burpee
1-10Box jump
1-10Clean n press
1-10Ball slam
(all breathing ladders)
